The Beach Adventure
Once upon a time, Mrs. Cordova's kindergarten class went to the beach for a walk. While taking their walk, they found some very interesting things.
Addyson and Mrs. Cordova found two little ladybugs on a plant. One ladybug was red and the other was orange. Both had hot pink spots.
Abby and Megan found a picnic spot with lots of little cookies laying on the blanket. The blanket was next to a palm tree. The girls decided to share the cookies with the whole class.
Alex and Addyson found a boy laying under an umbrella. His name was Bridger. Bridger was getting ready to play in the water with his sister.
Sofia and Ivan saw a baby crab crawling across the sand. The little green crab was crawling towards a giant sandcastle.
The whole class saw a carnival on an island. They rode on a hot pink ship across the water to the carnival. Everyone wanted to go to the face painting booth. After everyone was done there, they got back on the ship to go back to the beach.
When they got off the ship, Mrs. Cordova found lots of seashells in the sand. Some of the shells still had periwinkles alive in them!
The class saw lots of people playing in the water, building sand castles and digging holes in the sand. When it was time to go home, the class was sad because they wanted to stay and play.
